Strictly Grout is owned by Matt and Rebecca, who took over the established business with a clear plan to build on its reputation and raise the standard of tiling restoration services. Matt is a qualified builder and carpenter, with hands-on experience renovating properties. Rebecca provides professional support and clear communication, bringing care and attention to detail to every project. Together, they understand that customers want sound advice, reliable tradespeople and confidence about who is working in their home.

Do I need to replace my tiles if my grout looks old?

Not necessarily. Depending on the condition of the grout and tiles, professional cleaning, recolouring, repairs or regrouting may provide an effective alternative to replacement.

Can you clean heavily stained grout?

Professional cleaning can remove substantial built-up dirt and staining. Some permanent discolouration may require recolouring or regrouting.

Do you offer epoxy grout?

Yes. Epoxy grout is available as an option for suitable applications, particularly certain wet areas. We’ll advise whether it’s appropriate for your project.
