The truth is that most tile floors will need to be professionally cleaned every year. However some floors with minimum traffic need cleaning every few years.
The price depends on a number of variables. These include the size of the area, the type of material being cleaned and finally how dirty the floor is. Clean Tile and Grout carry out all their work following a demonstration when a fixed price is given to the customer. The customer then knows what to expect the whole floor to look like once cleaned and the price.
There are also a number of treatments including sealing, enhancing, and colour sealing of the grout.
Strictly Grout services include scrubbing with our tools and equipment (Turbo Hybrid Machines & Scrubbers) to restore your grout back to it’s best possible condition. In small areas where we can’t use our machines, the job will be done manually.
