- Dry Sweep: Begin by dry sweeping your floors, if necessary, to remove loose debris.
- Apply Cleaning Solution: Apply a specialized cleaning solution, allowing it to sit for 15 minutes before agitating to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Rinse: Use high-pressure water with our self-contained cleaning and extraction tool to rinse the tiles.
- Dry Floors: Dry the floor with air movers to ensure it is completely dry before applying sealers.
- Apply Sealer: An experienced, accredited applicator will apply the tile sealer to both tiles and grout.
Please note that if your tiled floor has been previously sealed with a low or high sheen coating, the existing coatings will need to be stripped off, which may incur additional costs. Penetrating or enhanced sealers do not require the removal of previous coatings.
